"I have been designing crochet patterns for over 10 years, ever since I couldn’t find a heart pattern that really looked like a heart! I prefer simple patterns that really show off the yarn. I’m super addicted to buying lots of beautiful variegated yarns that don’t really work well with complicated designs. While my husband was in the military, I was inspired by all of the exotic places we got to live, and now that we’ve retired in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, I’m definitely inspired by all the local color… Mainly black and Gold lol."
